Cancellation Policy

Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations less than 24 hours will be subject to a fee and will forfeit the booking deposit. Deposit will be required to pay again upon rebooking. No-shows will be charged a 20% fee of previous service upon booking again and possibly subject to being banned from booking in future. Cancelling more than 24 hr in advance ensure the deposit is good towards one reschedule.
